You will receive a completed logo in vector formats such as EPS, PDF, and AI. After receiving the necessary information and payment, we will provide the initial designs within five business days. After receiving your final approval, the finalized logo will be delivered to you.

We regret that we do not provide refunds because the payment you make is a one-time processing fee that cannot be refunded.

You will receive the copyrights to your logo as soon as you complete your logo design and pay. The copyrights will be transferred to you shortly after payment is received.
