Terms and Conditions

All the requests made related to refunds will be addressed as per the following arrangements:

• You can submit a request once the initial logo concepts have been provided. Once you approve or request changes to the first designs, the refund offer becomes void, and refund requests will not be entertained.
• You will be eligible for a full refund only in such a case where you request a refund before the initial design concepts are provided (less than 10 percent fees including services & processes)
• You will receive a 66 percent return only if your refund request submission is made within 48 hours (less than 10 percent fees for services & processes)
• You will be entitled to a 33 percent return only if your request for a refund is made between 48 and 120 hours after getting the initial design (less than 10 percent fees for service & processes).
• Refund requests will not be entertained beyond 120 hours; however, because we aspire for 100% customer satisfaction, you are urged to reach us if you have any problems.
• You will not be entitled to a refund if you do not take any action on your order within 30 days of ordering it. You’ll have to pay a cost to reactivate your order related to the design, which varies based on the project.
• No refund requests will be accepted after the final files have been provided.
• There will be no returns on website packages once the development has been done and the website has gone online.
• No refund requests for video animation packages will be accepted after the storyboard has been designed.
• All the requests related to refunds have to be sent directly to the customer service department. Wow Logo Design has the right to decide on your request, whether approved or disapproved on individual case-by-case grounds that will also cover your basis of violation of the user agreement.
• The refund policy that we imply for custom packages of Wow Logo Design will be applied to single packages of the designs. 
• If you place an order for a logo and web design services and, for instance, approve the logo, you can only request a refund for the website service during the design period.
• For a refund request, a good justification must be presented, which must be verified considering the previously provided design brief and client feedback for modifications. A refund will only be provided if the concept did not meet the requirements of the brief.
• The money-back promise is predicated on the order being placed honestly. When a consumer makes design orders with numerous design agencies for the same task in the hopes of earning a refund, we do not consider it to be in good faith. In any case, we reserve the right to decline a refund request.
• Customer feedback is required for all design work prior to completion, thus it’s only reasonable that the customer takes active participation and provides feedback in order to get the desired results.
• Our 100% unique design guarantee permits you to a re-draw if our designed logo is deemed to be highly comparable to another logo design that may already exist. Any resemblance to an existing design is completely accidental, and Wow Logo Design will not be found accountable or compensated. It is the client’s duty to always have their artwork copyrighted.
